GALVANIC TREATMENTS
To ensure the necessary corrosion resistance of the parts produced, they are protected by galvanic treatments. In a line of tanks of the plant, the treatments (chemical and electrochemical) of coloured chemical conversion, anodic-chromic oxidation, anodic-boric sulfuric acid anodize and chemical milling on aluminium alloy parts are carried out. Protective passivation treatment can be performed on steel parts, possibly preceded by a sandblasting operation.
CHEMICAL MILLING
The chemical milling plant consists of 4 tanks: a chemical milling tank, a spray washing tank, a de-oxidation tank and an immersion washing tank. The dimensions of the tanks are as follows: 7.000 mm (length), 1.200 mm (width) and 2.500 mm (height).
