LAER Staff is made up of engineers and technicians with experience ranging from 5 to 20 years. LAER has gained experience and specific skills in the industrialization of aeronautical products, supporting customers in the development phases up to the production of aeronautical parts, through to the design of the entire production line from a single item to the realization of large structural assemblies such as fuselages or sections of them, ensuring full compliance with the project and quality requirements.
The definition of the production process from conceptual to detailed design of all equipment and assembly junctions is developed internally in order to ensure the necessary "concurrent" between design and production with the aim of optimizing and harmonizing the entire production line.
The specific skills and the support of all the most modern IT tools, 3D modelling, structural analysis, etc., allow us to design and manufacture equipment relating to all technological areas such as milling tools, moulds for modelling sheet metal and polymerization tools.
