MECHANICS
The high degree of professionalism of the technicians of our CNC Department and the sophisticated technology of its machinery, allow us to produce parts which meet the technical standards required by the aerospace industry.
The department covers an area of 1,500 square meters and has the latest generation CNC machine tools from 3 to 5 axes and includes 3 FMS Multi Pallets and can process parts in light alloy, Steel and Titanium up to 6 meters in length. The machining centres used are at the forefront in the machine tool sector and have a wide range of accessories suitable for the most diverse machining uses.
The quality of production is constantly checked through careful and continuous monitoring of the process thanks to the most up-to-date measuring tool available on the market, Coordinate Measuring Machine, in order to guarantee the reliability and quality of the final product. All the components made are carefully checked
The CMM is located in a special room with a controlled environment to provide our customers with precise and efficient solutions in accordance with the needs of their requirements.
